About FAMTE 2027

The 2027 International Conference on Functional Materials and Application Engineering (FMATE 2027) will be held in Wuhan, China, from January 22 to 24, 2027. This conference targets the cutting‑edge interdisciplinary research of functional materials and application engineering. With the rapid progress of new‑material industry, higher requirements have been put forward for material preparation, characterization, processing technology and engineering implementation. Bottlenecks including performance optimization of novel functional materials, reliable material processing and industrial‑scale application of advanced materials have become key research focuses.

Against this backdrop, FMATE 2027 aims to create a high‑level international academic and industry‑university‑research cooperation platform, to facilitate academic idea exchange and technology achievement transformation. All papers submitted to FAMTE 2027 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics.
